Travelling Tripod Photography arranges photography and post-processing workshops across India. By registering, you agree to:
Indemnification: You indemnify and hold Travelling Tripod Photography harmless against any claims, damages, injuries, or losses (including negligence) during the workshop.
Release of Liability: You release Travelling Tripod Photography from liability for accidents, property damage, injuries, or other losses during the workshop.
Assumption of Risk: You expressly assume all risks connected with participation.
Changes: We reserve the right to change instructors, venues, or schedules. No refunds are provided due to such changes.
Cancellations: We may cancel workshops before commencement. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a credit note.
Use of Media: Photos and videos of participants may be used for promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property: All workshop materials are the sole property of Travelling Tripod Photography and may not be reproduced without permission.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds follow our official Cancellation and Refund Policy and are processed within 14 working days.
Delivery of Service: A workshop is considered delivered once the scheduled duration is completed.
2. Guided Photography Tours Terms and Conditions
Travelling Tripod Photography arranges photography tours, safaris, and expeditions in India and abroad. By joining, you agree to:
Travel Documentation: You are responsible for passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations.
Insurance: We recommend obtaining travel and medical insurance.
Awareness of Risk: You acknowledge inherent risks including wildlife encounters, natural forces, travel hazards, and limited medical facilities.
Indemnification & Release of Liability: Same as above, covering accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Representation of Good Health: You certify that you are medically fit to travel.
Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by arbitration under Indian law, venue in Madhya Pradesh.
Refunds: Any changes may lead to additional charges or refunds, processed as per our Refund Policy.
Use of Media: Images and videos taken during tours may be used for promotion.
Delivery of Service: The tour is considered delivered once the scheduled itinerary is completed.
3. Custom Vacations Terms and Conditions
Travelling Tripod Photography arranges tailor-made photography trips and vacations. By booking, you agree to:
Travel Documentation: Responsibility lies with you for visas, permits, and medical requirements.
Insurance: Strongly recommended at your own expense.
Awareness of Risk: Same as tours; you acknowledge possible risks in travel.
Indemnification & Release of Liability: You indemnify and release us from claims during custom trips.
Refunds & Changes: Adjustments, cancellations, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Use of Media: Media from your trip may be used for promotional purposes.
Delivery of Service: Service is considered delivered once the custom trip is completed as planned.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Travelling Tripod Photography and you. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
